Our Insulation Survey and Report can be provided as a standalone service or in conjunction with our other energy efficiency improvement works and overall retrofit services.

Our surveys aim to help you enhance your home's energy efficiency. After conducting the survey, we will provide a full written report on your home's existing insulation and offer advice on potential areas for improvement. This may be to add insulation, replace failing insulation or just to improve the current insulation.

Our surveys are frequently used to assess current insulation levels for grant applications. Your home needs to meet specific criteria to qualify for a Home Insulation grant. Our surveyor will evaluate whether your home meets these criteria and confirm your eligibility for the grant.

Additionally, our surveys and reports will evaluate whether your property is suitable for various types of insulation, such as Cavity Wall, External Wall, or Loft Insulation, as well as other energy improvement measures, which measures are suitable and which ones may not be.

We also include checks for damp problems, which must be addressed before insulation installation, and we look for factors such as adequate ventilation.

Our surveys are valuable for identifying failing insulation before making insurance claims, such as issues with cavity wall insulation, moisture ingress into solid wall insulation, or under-performing loft insulation, among others.
