Retrofit Coordinators

A Retrofit Coordinator is responsible for overseeing retrofit projects, from start to finish, following industry standards such as PAS2035 and TrustMark requirements.

• From initial conception to final handover, Retrofit Coordinators manage the entire retrofit process, making sure each stage is handled efficiently and effectively.
   
• Retrofit Coordinators are the key component in Retrofit, working with and between the Client, The Contractors, and other Retrofit rolls such as Retrofit Advisor, Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Designer, and External Architects and Designers.
   
• After conducting a Retrofit Assessment, the Retrofit Coordinator compiles and provides the medium and long-term retrofit plans that identify suitable retrofit measures and assess their viability, following PAS2035 guidelines. 
   
• Retrofit Coordinators will assess the planed retrofit works and categorize as low, medium, or high risk based on the selected retrofit measures, ensuring that the works carried out are the right measures for your property and eliminating risks. 
   
• During the implementation phase, the Retrofit Coordinators closely monitor the installation of energy-efficient measures to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. 
   
• At project handover, the Retrofit Coordinator make sure all warranties for materials and building components are collated and put in place.
